Delicious chocolate chip cookie from Costco

So recently, my husband and I went to Costco for our usual non-food trip. We tend to buy a lot of their paper products to save some money, plus it is always fun to find ways to store it in the RV. After perusing the store and getting my walking steps in (if you need to walk indoors, check out Costco), I was gazing at the menu in front of me, while my husband rang up our items. My mouth formed a smile as I saw large, chocolate chips cookies. One thing about Costco is they never go small, but big, and these cookies looked ginormous on the menu board! Licking my lips, I thought for a quick second if I should mention something to John, and sometimes I don’t, but this time I did. I love ANYTHING chocolate!!!

When he was done purchasing our scant items, but still plenty to last a long time, I pointed up to the menu board and asked that question, “Do you want a cookie?” A question I used to ask my kids when they were little. And of course he said yes. What man would turn down food??? But that is not the point of my story. Walking to the food court and waiting in line, and Costco is known for its long lines, especially at Christmas, and as we watched what the others were doing, we realized we cannot order from the people behind the counter anymore.

Since when did that happen???

We have been to Costco many times recently, but never to the food court area as I usually do not care for the food. But I was craving CHOCOLATE and let that determine what our next choice was. I turned to my left and behold, there was a kiosk, beckoning us to come over with our appetites, and I went directly to it cause like I said, I wanted chocolate. The kiosk was super easy and cool to use. But I almost forgot to order John a cookie, so back we went, oops!!

The behind the counter people only deliver the food or drink to you at the counter with a smile, but the kiosk is where the magic happens, bringing much delight to the weary finger that is ordering it.
