No Bull About Rawhide Coffee
A cool tinge in the air, the sun playing peek-a-boo with the clouds, and our arms wrapped around our bodies, cloaked in winter attire, even though it was spring, we decided to venture to a coffee shop. Cody, Wyoming has a cute, historical vibe to the town and so did the coffee shop we had the pleasure to visit.
Upon entering Rawhide Coffee with a slight breeze helping to push the front door open, I noticed the brown shades, reminiscing of an old western movie and definitely with a ranch flare. Plenty of tables and even couches for your dining pleasure. We ordered a coffee and hot chocolate with a scone and a lemon bar on the side. Oh how I love lemon bars! It was not gluten free, but it was still delicious. They have other light dessert snacks and the only food item that was gluten free was a macaroon cookie, which is not my cup of tea.
The service was pleasant with a short wait for our fresh, steaming drinks. A few tables were outside and we chanced it with the weather to sit out and enjoy the vibe of the downtown area. I had whip cream added to my hot chocolate for a lighter taste, maybe even sweeter.
If you are in the Cody, Wyoming area, hit up Rawhide Coffee. Service was wonderful and the drinks were great, with plenty of heat to warm up these desert dwellers!
